Please be aware registration for the DSD-INT 2016 is now closed.

We have created a My Schedule environment to provide event registration functionality and a personalized schedule with all events you have registered for. With a DSD Account, you can register for the courses, workshops and symposia you wish to attend. Confirmation of registration will be send via e-mail after each successful registration.

New visitors are kindly requested to create a DSD Account: here. Note that this is a separate website http://schedule.delftsoftwaredays.nl/. After registration you will receive a login password for your account by email.

Log In

Sign in with your DSD account, using the password provided via e-mail, or reset your password. If you receive the message “Error: User with e-mail address already exists.”, please reset your password.

Reset password

The reset password option can be found at the bottom of the pop-up after clicking “sign in“.
You will immediately receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

My Schedule

When you are succesfully logged in with your account, the options My schedule, Bus transportation and Sign out will become visible and available.

The option My Schedule will redirect you to a page, listing all the events you have registered for.

With the option Bus transportation you can make a reservation for the shuttle bus to Deltares and Delft city center.

Payment (for courses)

Payment for course fees is possible by bank transfer, with Credit Card (VISA and MasterCard/Eurocard) or via iDEAL (selected countries, by Rabobank Omnikassa).
Credit card and iDEAL payments are enabled via our webshop. After registration via My Schedule, you will receive an e-mail from Deltares Academy with a link to the webshop.

Payment via the webshop works like this: Click on the link in the e-mail that you received after confirmation of your registration via My schedule. A browser page will be opened on the webshop page of the course that you registered for. The course is automatically selected for you. Just click Submit Order. At the Shopping Cart, check you order and then proceed to CheckOut. Follow the steps indicated. Please put the course particpant’s name in the Remarks field of the Billing Address section.
If you wish to pay for more than 1 participant, you can increase the number in the Shopping Cart and click on Update Cart. Please put all participant’s names in the Remarks field of the Billing Address section.
If you wish to pay for more courses at the same time, you can choose Continue Shopping in the Shopping Cart. Select a course in the list. Add to Shopping Cart. Go to CheckOut or Continue Shopping to add another course. Please make sure you have registed for all courses via My Schedule. Don’t forget to put the participant(s) name(s) in the Remarks field of the Billing Address section.

NB: If special rates are applicable for you, it is not possible to use the webshop. You can still use a Credit Card or pay via bank transfer. Deltares Academy will contact your to make payment arrangements.
